I'm Hannah Moorhead (She/Her), an accomplished actor based in St. Louis, MO. I hold a BFA in Musical Theatre from the esteemed Webster Conservatory of Theatre Arts. Through the medium of theatre, I have discovered a profound way to celebrate the impact individuals have made on both my life and the world. I firmly believe that storytelling has the power to transform lives and shape our collective consciousness, and I am committed to being an integral part of that change. Musical Journey and Teaching Philosophy
My musical journey started at eight with piano, earning recognition from the National Federation of Music for piano performance, music theory, and sight-reading skills. At the age of nine, I joined my school's orchestra program and embarked on an exciting violinist journey. This musical pursuit led me to perform at renowned venues like Carnegie Hall with the Kirkwood High School Orchestra. In college, I composed, arranged, and played music for productions at Webster. It was during these experiences I discovered a profound joy in teaching private lessons, both in my own studio and at the Gateway Center for Performing Arts and DaySpring Arts and Education. I hope that each note tells a story, and every lesson unlocks endless possibilities.
In my free time
When I'm not immersed in the world of performing arts, you can find me engaged in a diverse range of activities. I am a lover of contemporary romance novels, I find solace and rejuvenation in the serenity of nature through walks and practicing yoga, and I love to travel to some of these awe-inspiring destinations like Rapa Nui (Easter Island), Iceland, and across Western Europe.
